A Strategic Pathway
E-2 VISA ELIGIBILITY
We work with you and an immigration attorney to obtain a citizenship and passport from a treaty friendly country such as Grenada or Turkey. Next, with the help of the attorney, you apply for an E2 Treaty Investor Visa from that country where your ownership and investment may qualify you, subject to the United States government approval.
At this point, your business is already structured and running to meet E-2 requirements, but:
• Approval is not guaranteed
• Final decisions are made by U.S. authorities
